Heike Auerbach is the Managing Director of T-Systems North America. In this role, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the organization as well as ensuring the achievement of the corporate strategy through day-to-day oversight of all business operations. Additionally, Ms. Auerbach is a member of both the T-Systems North America and Deutsche Telekom North America supervisory board.
Prior to joining T-Systems North America as CFO in January 2006, Ms. Auerbach served a dual role as CFO and CIO at T-Systems South Africa. She was an integral member of the leadership team that grew the company from its inception in 1997 to become one of the top five IT and Telecommunications companies in South Africa by 2005.
From 1991 to 1997, Ms. Auerbach worked in various leadership positions in Finance and Controlling as well as in Consulting and Program Management roles for debis Systemhaus – a german IT and Telecommunications company that was a wholly owned subsidiary of DaimlerBenz AG.
Ms. Auerbach holds a degree in Business Administration and Information Technology from Berufsakademie Stuttgart in Germany.
